Terms and Conditions: Free PC/Laptop Health Check Promotion

1. Overview
The Free PC/Laptop Health Check service (“Service”) is a limited-time promotional offer available through I-Tech Solutions / I-Tech Store. The Service includes a basic diagnostic evaluation of the PC/Laptop hardware and software to assess overall system health, which may include virus/malware scanning, disk cleanup, system performance checks, and basic software updates.

2. Eligibility

  • This promotion is open to all customers within the applicable service area who possess a valid promotional voucher.

  • Customers must present a corresponding promotional voucher at the time of service to qualify for the free health check.

  • Only one (1) Free PC/Laptop Health Check per customer is allowed.

  • The service is available for desktop PCs and laptops, excluding business-grade machines (e.g., servers or workstations).

  • Customers must present proof of purchase or ownership for the device to qualify for the health check.

3. Service Scope

  • The Free Health Check includes:

    • Basic hardware and software diagnostic tests.

    • Checking for system errors, performance issues, and outdated software.

    • Running virus and malware scans.

    • Cleaning up temporary files and unnecessary system data.

    • Basic system update checks.

  • The health check does not include any repairs or upgrades. If repairs, software updates, or other services are required, additional charges will apply.

  • Customers will receive a summary report of the health check results after completion.

4. Exclusions

  • The Free PC/Laptop Health Check does not cover:

    • Removal of complex viruses or malware that require additional cleanup or data recovery services.

    • Data backup or transfer services.

    • Repairs, upgrades, or parts replacement.

    • Any service outside the scope of basic diagnostic evaluation.

5. Appointment and Availability

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

  • I-Tech Solutions / I-Tech Store reserves the right to refuse service if a scheduled appointment is not adhered to or if the customer fails to present the corresponding promotional voucher.

  • Walk-ins may be accepted based on store capacity and availability.

6. Duration of the Promotion

  • The Free PC/Laptop Health Check promotion will run for a limited time only.

  • I-Tech Solutions / I-Tech Store reserves the right to end or extend the promotion at its sole discretion.

7. Liability

  • While every effort will be made to provide accurate and helpful diagnostic results, I-Tech Solutions / I-Tech Store is not responsible for any loss of data, damage to the device, or any other issues that arise during or after the health check.

  • Customers are advised to back up any important data before using the service.

8. Data Protection

  • Personal information provided during the service request will be used solely for the purpose of providing the health check service and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.

  • I-Tech Solutions / I-Tech Store is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of its customers’ data.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting or participating in the Free PC/Laptop Health Check, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. I-Tech Solutions / I-Tech Store reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
