Response time is amazing with these guys, I recalled when I called them our call dropped and they made an effort to call me back and assisted me with what I wanted to buy... I think I had a bad experience with their website which redirected me to lots of sites hopefully they will learn about this and ask who ever does the server side of things for them to keep it strictly their site... I have ordered an extended wifi router from them through payjustnow they told me it's out of stock. I have been trying to cancel the order they cannot help instead they ignore me. Payjustnow said they need instruction from itech solutions in order for them to refund me. Please help
