Response time is amazing with these guys, I recalled when I called them our call dropped and they made an effort to call me back and assisted me with what I wanted to buy... I think I had a bad experience with their website which redirected me to lots of sites hopefully they will learn about this and ask who ever does the server side of things for them to keep it strictly their site... By the way I love these guys but no comfortable using their online shop...
