10+ years of experience in the IT retail industry
Fluent in English (written & verbal)
Non-smoker and sober habits
Must have own transport
A technical background or understanding of IT hardware & software is a strong advantage
Highly organised, motivated, and goal/commission-driven
Strong understanding of stock management and retail stock movement
Proven sales track record with measurable results
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays on a rotation schedule
Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations, quotations, and purchases
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive selling
Manage stock on hand, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate stock movement
Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional retail environment
Stay updated on the latest IT products and technology trends
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store KPIs
Someone with deep industry knowledge and a passion for IT
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving retail environment
A team player who can also operate independently
